Then, “Musical Bars and Balls”
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Hang power snatch – bar only*
15 Squat
15 Wall balls (20/12lb)*
Run 200m
* This WOD is called “Musical Bars and Balls” as a coach will be eliminating bars and balls as rounds progress. If you have to wait for a bar or ball, yell “YAY Burpees” and hit the deck.
