Warm-up and Mobility: 15 Minutes

Strength: Snatch complex – EMO2M increasing in weight for 5 rounds – 1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat

Conditioning: 5 RFT of –

  • 8 Power Clean (135/95lb*)
  • 15 Burpee over barbell
  • 8 Box jumps (24/20″)

*The weight on the barbell should be something that you can cycle through quickly. Please remember this is a deload week; speed and intensity over weight!
Rx is OFF.
