Strength: Snatch – 10 min EMOM @50-60% of 1RM – 1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch

Conditioning: 7 minute Up Ladder counting by 3’s –for total reps completed– of:

  • Wallballs (20/14lb)
  • Burpees

(This starts with 3 of each movement, then 6 of each movement, then 9 of each movement…)
