Just wanted to say great job to all of the CFJC athletes that competed in various events this weekend. Clint and Amy in the “X&Ys” Garage Games Competition with Coaches Macy “BAF” Way, AK and “Blazer” was there as a athletic supporter! Skot in the “Jungle Run”, making light work of a board with my machete . Tiff, Eric the Red, Magik Mike, BarbWire, and myself at the USAPL American Open Powerlifting meet. Also a big thanks to Lisa G., Liz, Rond’ilo and most of all to Lara for spending whole weekend making sure that everyone hit their numbers!
Lots of new PRs in all events and several state records were broken, even I broke a Georgia state squat record. For me it proves dreams do come true if you MOBILIZE! I just think it goes to show that you can put a member of the CrossFit community in any situation and they are going to come out on top!
