Training without pain is important to ensure that we can keep training for the long haul!
We now have a full set of tools to assess your mobility and strength biases and imbalances. This workshop is our kickoff of this program.
During this 90-minute workshop, we will bring everyone through our new mobility screen. More importantly, we will go over what these findings mean and how we can start to modify and address these issues before they turn into a real injury. If you have an issue, that is already causing you pain, we need to stop ‘working through it’ and address it!
We will also go through a workout as part of this workshop, so please come ready to train!
