Adam RojasCrossFit Level 2 Coach

Adam was born and raised in South Florida.  He attended St Thomas Aquinas High School, where he played football, wrestled and ran cross country.  He graduated with a degree in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University before going to work for AT&T.

After college, Adam took to distance running in order to stay in shape and has run 30 marathons and countless shorter races.  He began doing obstacle course races in 2011 and added CrossFit as a way of improving his overall strength and stamina.   He immediately fell in love with CrossFit  and earned the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate in 2016.  He continued to improve his knowledge and earned the CrossFit Level 2 certification in 2021 and the USA Weightlifting Coaches certification in 2023.

Adam’s greatest accomplishment, outside of his two daughters, is in seeing the athletes that he works with achieving their goals, whether it’s your first pull-up or a new PR on a back squat, or the ability to run and play with your grandkids pain free.

Adam lives in Johns Creek, with his wife, Rhonda.
