In WODs

Today was going to be a one rep max deadlift day. We’re overdue and I promised it. But… Since we are doing the Deadlift for Dollar$ event on August 25th, it would be best to go for your one rep max that day instead. ….Well that and the fact that we are moving so many items to our new location we may be unable to deadlift later in the day.

We are still in the “old” location. The moving WOD is on for Saturday! Please bring your truck, trailer, etc – we will meet at the old location and move the contents of the box for time!

“Leftovers” – For time:

    • 10 Burpee
    • 20 Push-up
    • 30 Wall Ball (20/14lb)
    • 40 Lunge steps (L+R=2)
    • 50 KB swings (24/16k)
    • 60 Double-unders
    • 50 KB swings (24/16k)
    • 40 Lunge steps (L+R=2)
    • 30 Wall Ball (20/14lb)
    • 20 Push-up
    • 10 Burpee
