Strength: Deadlift Friday is back – work to a heavy set of 3, decrease the weight for the next set by 10%, decrease the weight for the last set by 10%.

(If you are participating in the Deadlift for Dollar$ event on the 25th, your heaviest set of three should be 85% of your max 3-rep set last
achieved – do not try to set a new PR.)

Then, 3 rounds for time of:

  • 7 Front Squats
    Big Dawg = 185/120lb
    Pack = 135/95lb
    Scaled = < 135/95lb
  • 21 KB swings
    Big Dawg = 30/20k
    Pack = 24/16k
    Scaled = < 24/16k
  • 50 Double-unders
