Skills: HSPU & Ring Dip – Kipping skills

(Yes, Friday is usually Deadlift Friday – next week we are going for a 1- rep max DL, but I want to be there for that!!! -Lara)

Then, AMRAP 3 minutes of:

5 HSPU
7 Ring Dip
9 KB Swing (32/20k – red/purple)

Perform 4 rounds. Rest exactly 3 minutes between each round – each round starts with HSPUs. Score is total of all rounds performed + all leftover reps.

Finisher – BB Roll outs – 3 sets of 10
