Strength: Deadlift – work to a heavy set of 3 reps

Then, every minute on the minute, perform:

  • Push-press (95/65lb)
  • Grasshopper (L+R=1)

For the first minute, perform 1 rep of each move. During the second minute perform 2 reps of each. etc… Continue until you cannot complete all work with the minute.
