“The Bear”
7 reps of the bear complex – 5 rounds: power clean, front squat, push press, back squat, push press.
Do not let go of the bar at any time. You can rest in any position EXCEPT for the bar on the floor. There is a 5 burpee penalty for dropping the bar.
Perform five rounds, increasing weight with each round. Rest as needed between each round; this WOD is not for time.
