Mobility: standing hip circles, leg swings while holding onto rack or wall (forward/back, side to side), couch stretch, wrist openers

Strength: Front Squat 1×5@65%, 3×5@70%

Conditioning: Games WOD 13.4 – 7 min AMRAP (for Rx) of:

  • 3 Ground to Overhead (135/95lb)
  • 3 Toes to bar

Add three reps per round
