Warm-up: Bear crawl, high skips, crab walk, butt kickers, inch worm, broad jumps

Mobility: Banded shoulder distraction, super front rack, low back lax ball smash

Strength: Clean & Jerk – 20 minutes to work to a 1 rep max

Conditioning: AMRAP 15 minutes – Let’s take this outside!

  • 15 Kettlebell swings
  • 200m Sprint
  • 60 Second Rest/Walk (The sprint is to the 400m mark – turn around and walk back as your rest) – Make sure you take the full 60 seconds of rest!
