Strength: Jerk – work to a heavy double

Then, AMRAP 18 minutes of:

  • 7 Thrusters (95/65lb)
  • Row 250m
  • 7 Push-jerks (135/85lb)
  • Run 400m
  • If a piece of equipment is unavailable, yell “YAY BURPEES!” and hit the deck! Burpees should be counted as they are part of your score and ARE part of this WOD.
