PLEASE NOTE: Due to the weather predicted for Monday morning we will be opening late. The 6am and the 7:30am classes are CANCELED. Please check back here around 7:30am for updates in regards to the 8:30am and 9:30am classes. Sorry if this causes an inconvenience but we would rather err on the side of caution when it comes to driving in possible icy conditions.

Warm-up and Mobility: 15 minutes

Strength: Squat 5@60%, 3@ 70%, 2@80%, 2@90%

Conditioning: “Georgia”
5 Rounds for time of:

  • 10 Power Cleans (135/95lb)
  • 15 Push-ups

There is a 12 minute time cap for all athletes. RXers should make it their goal to finish within 10 minutes!! This should be a fast, sprint-type WOD.
