Today’s partner WOD consisted of 3 8-min couplets with 3 minutes of rest between. One partner completes a task for pace, while the other partner completes a task for max reps, then they switch places until time is up, accumulating as many reps as possible. The coupets were:
Burpee Broad jump – down and back the length of the platforms
Ring Push-ups – for max reps
6 G2OH (135/95)
SDHP with KB (24/16k) for max reps
Plate move – move 3 plates from one area to another (45/25lb)
10m Shuttle run for max reps
