  • 10 Push-jerk

Big Dawgs: 15 jumping squats with 20/12lb dumbbell in each hand, 135/85 push-jerks

The Pack: 25 jumping squats (unweighted or lighter than 20/12lb), 115/75lb push-jerks

Scaled: 25 jumping squats, less than 115/75lb push-jerks
