This workout is in memory of Navy Lt. Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005. A warship bearing his name was recently christened on what would have been his 35th birthday.
NEWBIES: DON’T FREAK! You can partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. For example: perform 20 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 squats or 10 rounds of 10 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, and 30 squats.
