In WODs

Two cones were set-up approximately 70m apart in the field at the park. Athletes performed the following for time:

  • Burpee broad jumps* for the distance between the two cones
  • 50 Kettlebell swings (24/16k)
  • One-armed overhead lunge with kettlebell^ between the two cones (24/16k)
  • Sprint between the cones
  • Bear crawl between the cones
  • 50 Kettlebell swings

* Hands must be placed next to feet after broad jump to perform next burpee
^ Anytime you stop your lunge for any reason you must run to either cone then run back to your kettlebell
