Strength: 20 minutes Strict press 3-3-3-3

Then partner up – 3 minutes at each station – 1 minute of rest between each station – Perform 3 rounds

  • Station 1

A performs 20 Sledgehammers (16lb) and while B does as many burpees as possible – A and B switch places. Count the total burpees performed

  • Station 2

A performs 6 Shuttle runs while B does as many DB Thrusters (35+/20+) as possible – A and B switch places. Count the total thrusters performed.

  • Station 3

A performs 20 Flutter kicks while B performs as many SDHP with KB (24/16k) as possible – A and B switch places. Count the total SDHPs performed.

Score for team = total number of burpees + thrusters + SDHPs
