Fight Gone Bad style Partner WOD
Partner up. Partner A completes as many reps as possible in 30 seconds while Partner B counts his or her reps. Then the partners switch places. Each partner then moves to the next exercise. Partners complete all five exercises to complete 1 round, for a total of 5 rounds. Also, unlike the FGB WOD there is no minute of rest between rounds. The exercises are:
- Kettlebell swings (24/16k)
- SDHP (75/55lb)
- Push Press (75/55lb)
- Burpees
- Abmat sit-ups
