Partner up. Complete each task before moving onto the next.

  • 400m walk with plate locked overhead (45/25lb). Walk together. Whenever you need to put the plate down from overhead, stop forward progress and put the plate down. Both partners perform 20 squats each, then switch who is carrying the plate and move forward.
  • Any way ground to overhead. Only one partner works at a time. Each person accumulates 3000/2000 lbs overhead. (scaled 2000/1000 lbs)
  • Accumulate 100 grasshoppers between the two partners. L+R=1. Only one partner works at a time. The non-working partner holds a plank.
  • Accumulate 50 cooperative wall balls (20/14 lb). This can be performed by throwing the ball over the rack to your partner or both partners work against a wall.
  • Run 400m with plate low carry (45/25lb). Each time you switch, put the plate down and perform 20 squats. If you come in the door without switching at all, each partner must perform 60 squats.
