For time, 9-7-5 of:

  • Muscle-up
  • Snatch (135/95lb)

Scale #1 – Muscle-up and scaled snatch
Scale #2 – Chin-up, hand-release push-up, and scaled snatch
Scale #3 – Assisted chin-up, hand-release push-up, and scaled snatch

Then – optional – if you feel you did not get enough because your ROM or technique is compromised – or you are just sick and deranged like we tend to be, perform the following WOD for time:

  • Run 500m
  • 50 Squats
  • 10 Burpees
  • Run 400m
  • 40 Squats
  • 10 Burpees
  • Run 300m
  • 30 Squats
  • 10 Burpees
  • Run 200m
