Partner up. One partner performs the A task while the other performs the B task. When the partner working on task A completes their reps, partners should switch places. Partners should count their B task reps combined for their score.

Three 5 minute AMRAPs with exactly 2 minutes of rest between each.

5 minute AMRAP of:

A. 6 Shuttle runs (10m each)
B. KB Swings (24/16k) max reps

–2 minutes of rest—

5 minute AMRAP of:
A. 10 Wall balls (20/14lb)
B. Pull-ups for max reps

–2 minutes of rest—

5 minute AMRAP of:
A. 250m Row
B. Thrusters (95/65lb) for max reps
