Saturday’s WOD was one of the four team WODs from Mayhem in the Mountains last weekend.

Run 400m, continue onto the following reps after your team has returned from the run and touched your team’s barbell.

  • 30 Toes-to-bar
  • 30 KB swings (30/24k)
  • 30 Overhead squats (95/65lbs)

Run 400m – upon return, all team members must touch the team’s barbell.

Each team member must complete all the reps as a relay; only one person can work at a time. Each team member can complete the tasks in any order but must complete all 30 reps before the next team member can start.
