Strength: Snatch 6×2 across 80-85% rest  60-120 sec.

Conditioning: AMRAP 10 min ascending ladder (2-4-6-8…) of:

  • Hang Squat Snatch (95/65#)
  • Box Jump Overs (24/20″)

**You do not have to open your hips on top of the box
