“Happy Birthday Dan!” – (The rep scheme represents the fact that on 8/18 Dan turns 41.)

Group Warm-up/Skill Review – KB swing, one-armed KB swing, KB clean, KB jerk

Then, a Partner WOD – pick your partner and perform for 20 minutes:

One partner runs 400m with a heavy sandbag/plate/ball (45/25lb), for rxPLUS (DAN) use the 70 lb bag

The other partner performs as many rounds and reps as possible of:

  • 4/4  Kettlebell clean and jerk  (24k/16k), for rxPLUS (DAN) use the “El Diablo” KB – for the math challenged that is 8 total c&js each round
  • 18 Box jumps (30/24″)
  • 41m Lunge with plate overhead (45/25)

When the running partner returns, switch places. BUT before going for your run – mark your rounds and reps as you will start with the KBs upon your return.
