Strength: Push-press 5×5
Then, as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
- 10 Abmat sit-ups
- 10/10 Step-ups onto a 20″ box with plate locked overhead (45/25lb)
- Lunge 50m
- 10 Wall balls (20/14lb)
After the first round, and each round thereafter, add 10 reps to the sit-ups.
I think Betty is sneaking up on the lunges…
