Skill/Group warm-up: Double-under work for 3 minutes

Strength: Jerk – 25 minutes to Jerk for a heavy double (and warm-up your rope climbs)

Then, AMRAP 12 minutes of:

  • 2 Rope Climbs
  • 10 Power cleans (135/95lb)
  • 15 Push-ups

Beginners: Rope climb progressions, less weight on the barbell, and 10-15 push-ups

Advanced: Go unbroken!
