Strength/Skill: Power Cleans – form over weight – 5×5

Then, as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

  • 5 Power cleans (155/105 lb)
  • 5 Box jumps (30/24″)
  • 20m Lunge with plate locked overhead (45/25lb)
