In WODs

Strength: Clean for 2 reps – EMO2M (every minute on every other minute) for 14 minutes – add weight each set if possible

Then, “Georgia”
5 rounds for time of:

  • 10 Power Cleans (135/85lb)
  • 15 Push ups

Review the scores from the last time we did this WOD.

Beginners: Hang Power Cleans with a lighter weight, 8-15 push-ups

Advanced – If you have already achieved an Rx Georgia time that is under 8 minutes, you may scale the Power Clean to 155/105 lb

Post WOD mobility: activate “pull muscles” with static band pulls, roll-out your hip flexors and posterior chain thoroughly
