In WODs

After warming up, take 10 minutes and practice what you suck at: double-unders, kipping pull-ups, handstand holds… etc. You know what it is you need to work on!

Then “Just Add One”

Start with one rep of each exercise. After each round, add one rep. Complete 12 rounds for time. (On your last round you will be doing 12 reps of each.)

The exercises are:

  • Kettlebell swings (24/16k)
  • Squats
  • Burpees
