  • 10/10 Tsunami ropes (L+R=1)
  • 20/20 Sledgehammer swings (16lb)
  • 200m Run
  • 250m Row
  • 20 Double-unders

If you are waiting for equipment, perform air squats while you wait.

Beginners: Scale down the sledgehammer weight/reps, perform 10 double-under attempts or 20 tuck jumps
Advanced: Instead of DUs perform 5 HSPUs
