Warm-up: Roxanne – To the song “Roxanne” by The Police; continuous jumping jacks, do 1 burpee every time you hear the name “Roxanne”

Mobility: Single Leg Flexion (BSL pg 304), Super Front Rack, Anterior Compartment Smash (pg 264), wrist openers

Strength: Front squat – 3-3-3-3

Conditioning: 12 Minutes AMRAP of:

  • 50 DUs
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 20 Grasshoppers (L+R=2. Yes, you read that correctly and you are welcome)
