Warm up: Coaches choice

Mobility: Thoracic spine roll out – anterior and posterior shoulder openers – lats

Snatch EMO2M – (6 sets) running a 10 minute clock – 2 reps on the every other minute increasing in lbs each round if possible

Then, AMRAP 12 minutes of:

  • 7 Power Snatch @ ~65-70%
  • 9 Pull-ups
  • 200 Run (weighted) – suggested weight for sandbag is 50/35, scale as needed
