Strength: Overhead squat 5×5
Then, a group WOD of “Deck of Death.” For 15 minutes complete as many reps as possible using the following:
- Hearts = Burpees
- Diamonds = Squats
- Clubs = Kettlebell swings
- Spades = 10m Shuttle runs
Perform the same number of reps as the face value of the cards. Aces = 11 reps; Jacks, Queens, and Kings = 10 reps. The Jokers are removed from the deck. The entire group must complete each move before moving on to the next card. At the end of the time period all cards completed will be added together for the group’s score.
