Warm-up: Dots x1 , dn/back Zombie Walks, dn Inch Worm, back Bare Crawls, dn/back High Skips

Mobility: high hamstring smash with Lacrosse ball (BSL pg. 348) banded hamstring floss with band (pg. 351)

Strength: Deadlift – 20 min – 5 – 5 – 5 – 5 (warm up then perform four work sets of 5, increasing weight each set if possible)

Conditioning: AMRAP 3 minutes of “Strict Cindy”

  • 5 Strict Pull-ups
  • 10 Push ups
  • 15 Squats
  • Rest 1 minute

Repeat for 4 rounds – start each round where you left off
