We had a different WOD planned today, but opted for a shorter WOD (Monday’s ran long) – with no running due to the possibility of rain.

Strength: Squat – work to a heavy set of 5

Then, for time 21-15-9 of:

  • Power cleans (135/95lb)
  • Wall balls (20/14lb)
  • Box jumps (24/20″)

Challenge: (we never got to it Monday) – max plank hold
