Strength: Back squat 5×5

Then:

  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 KB swings (24/16k)
  • 10 Toes to bar

As many rounds and reps as possible in:

  • 2 minutes followed by one minute of rest
  • 4 minutes followed by one minute of rest
  • 6 minutes

Your score is a total number of reps for the full workout (add reps from the 2 minute round, 4 minute round, and 6 minute round).
