Warm-up and Mobility: 15 minutes

Strength: Snatch – 25 minutes to work to a heavy double… AND warm up your Deadlift

Conditioning: AMRAP 15 minutes of –

  • 5 Deadlift (1.25 of BW)
  • 10 Burpees
  • 25 Sit-ups

*Every 3 minutes perform as any unbroken DUs as possible. There will, of course, be scaling options for those without unbroken DUs.

Score is rounds and reps and total number of unbroken DUs
