Warm-up & Mobility: 15 Minutes
Strength: Squat – 5-5-5-5 working up to 80% of 1RM
Conditioning: 21-15-9 for time of:
- Deadlift (225/155lb)
- Box Jump (24/20″)
If you have not deadlifted several times with us, you will be performing a SDHP with a KB instead.
