Complete as FEW rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
- Bar Hang – any grip, can change grips during the hang, but most only contact bar with hands.
- Wall Sit: Quads at strict parallel, no hands on body
- Handstand Hold
- Plank in push-up position: straight spine, hands in any position, modify of hands is OK, as long as you don’t go into a pike or “slouch” position while changing
Delaying between exercises can be penalized with the addition of an extra round to score.
Finisher: Run one mile for time
