Performance: 6 rounds for time of –

  • 5 Clean & Jerk (155/105lb) (OK to Power Clean)
  • Sprint 200m

Fitness: 6 rounds for time of –

  • 5 Power Clean & Jerk at 5 RPE
  • Sprint 200m
