Conditioning – 5 RFT:

  • 5 HSPU
  • 10 TTB
  • 20 Box jump

Finisher: Test one of these skills from the Level Two test to see where you are at

500m Row – goal is 1:45 for Men, 2:00 for Women
Air Squats – goal is 80 in 2 minutes
Pull-ups, unbroken – goal is 20 for Men, 15 for women
