As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

  • 200m run with sandbag (45+/25+)
  • 15 Box jumps (24/20″)
  • 10/10 Kettlebell cleans (24/16k)
  • 5 Burpees

Finisher: One plank hold for maximum time (at least one minute of effort)
