Strength: 1″ Deficit Deadlift – 3reps @ 65%, 3reps @ 70%, 3reps @75% – work your numbers off last week’s 1RM

Then, for 12 minutes’ worth of work:
2 minutes max effort unbroken KB or DB Snatch (50lb+/35lb+)
–then (no break)–
8 minute AMRAP of:
8 Burpees over 12” Hurdle
16 Walking lunge steps with plate locked overhead, L+R=2 (45/25#)
24 Pushups (hand release)
–then (no break)–
2 minutes max effort unbroken KB/DB Snatch

For the KB/DB Snatch, you may stop only to switch hands. Once your snatches are broken, stop counting and rest for the remainder of the 2 minutes.

Score is reps of Snatches, and rounds and reps in AMRAP
