Join us for a little community get together to talk about how to eat clean with a discussion led by Sinclair Alacqua, owner of Outside the Box Health Solutions and a certified Health Coach (and former CFJC member). Also joining us is Clean Eatz and Stretch Zone!
Clean Eatz is a clean eating cafe that also sells prepared meals to go. They will be bringing food for us to sample and discount coupons from their Alpharetta store, located on Windward Parkway.
Stretch Zone will be set up in the powerlifting room with a table to stretch us 😉
