Strength: Front squat 5×5

Then, as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

  • 10 Box jumps (30/24″)
  • 10 Grasshoppers (L+R=1)
  • 10 Goblet squats (24/16k KB)
  • 10 Rowers*

*After the first round, add 10 more rowers each round. (The second round has 20 rowers, the third round has 30 rowers and so on.) The 6am crew missed out on a few rowers – they only had 20 in each round. Coaching snafu… or call it a gift!
