Warm-up & Mobility: 15 Minutes

CrossFit Games Open Workout 15.1 will be followed immediately by 15.1a on one continuously running 15 minute clock.

There are a few different scales for this workout based on age and whether you are “Rx” or scaled, for a full description of the standards for this workout for all groups, click here.

CrossFit Games Open 15.1 – Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:

  • 15 TTB
  • 10 Deadlift (115 75 lb.)
  • 5 Snatch (115/75 lb.)

CrossFit Games Open 15.1a – 6-minute time cap
1-rep-max clean and jerk
