Starting each day with the Burgener warm-up. (This has helped people learn/improve their clean and snatch skills tremendously!)
Then, 5 minutes of practicing double-unders or another skill that you hate because you aren’t getting them the way you want to.
Then onto the timed portion of the WOD. Perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Ring dips
10 Rope pull-ups
10 Ring push-ups
25 Military sit-ups
Finisher: L-sits on rings for 30 seconds – 3x
